At first, i was just so blinded about all the web-development thingy. I was confused with all the vocab “web hosting”, “domain”, “ftp transaction”, blahblahblah. Until in mid of November 2008, my friend who is also my design-guru, Nikolas Sildeyna, agreed to buy me a domain name at Namecheap (Thank you Niko!:p). Since then, I planned on creating my own website from scratch.

Okay, November passed, December passed, and i’ve wasted 2 month since i already got the domain and finally chose qwords as the hosting provider at January 09. And then words’ve been decided, I began to design it from scratch. Mocking up some .PSD and turning it into CSS/XHTML script was practically easy for me, as I was getting so used to it for the last couple of months.
Yep, and guess what, the most exhausting part is when i have to do these: Learn & master the wordpress shortcodes, and those darn PHP, haha. Well okay, guess I am exaggerating a bit :p It’s actually not that complicated, thanks to the Rockstar eBook tutorial. It’s fun though. Now yes, there is a lot of thing i would like to share to the world about it!

So finally, after a couple of weeks trying to learn WP theming, the site has quite some form :p And i added up some CSS tricks of Moving-Boxes at the front page so you can see some of my design showcases.
